These calendars are a great investment and add additional magic to the lead-up to Christmas.

We’ve always taken care when opening our calendars so that they can be safely packed away when all the other Christmas decorations come down. That way they become a special Christmas treat that only becomes available to play with during December!
And my girls still love it when we get them all down

LEGO® Marvel The Avengers Advent Calendar
I’m a bit excited about the Lego Marvel The Avengers Advent Calendar as we’re big Marvel and in this house!
It looks like they’ve had fun combining some of the Marvel characters we all know and love along with a bit of their famous tech and a sprinkling of Christmas magic!
There are seven mini-figures that include Iron Man, Spider-Man, Black Widow, Thor, Captain Marvel, Thanos and Nick Fury. Plus they’ve included the Quinjet, Helicarrier, Spider-Man drone &Avengers Tower.
The only thing I’m a bit disappointed with is the calendar backdrop theme…. it looks a little uninspired! But despite that I think the Lego Marvel The Avenger Advent Calendar is going to be a must-have for all Marvel Fans!
LEGO® Harry Potter™ Advent Calendar
This year’s Lego Harry Potter Advent Calendar is set around getting ready to go back to Hogwarts.
There are 6 mini figures – Harry Potter, Ron Weasley™, Hermione Granger™, Draco Malfoy™, Dudley Dursley, and Griphook.
The calendar background is Hogwarts and some of the accessories include Privet Drive road sign, gold in Gringotts Vault, Hogwarts letters arriving through the fireplace, Hogwarts Express; and meeting Hedwig™ the owl.
The lego sets seem a little less festive than in previous Advent Calendars but again Harry Potter fans will still love it!

LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar 2021
The Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar is looking good this year!
There are 7 Lego mini figures – The Mandalorian and the Child (Grogu), a Scout Trooper, Stormtrooper, Tusken Raider, IG-11 and IT-O Interrogator Droid. PLus the mini builds include The Razor Crest, TIE Fighter, Tusken ballista snow launcher, training targets, and the Child’s hoverpram.
The calendar background has a cool ice landscape covered with ice trees and Grogu definitely wins the cute festive outfit award.
LEGO® City Advent Calendar
The Lego City Advent Calendar is looking very festive.
There are 7 Minifigures – Top Hat Tom, Bob, Betty, Sam Grizzled, Shirley Keeper, and Fendrich, plus a buildable Duke DeTain snowman. The mini builds contain lots of fun vehicles including a train, fire engine, police car, and a few workstations.
The calendar backdrop is a busy city landscape that has a snowy city play road play mat to have adventures on
LEGO® Friends Advent Calendar
The Lego Friends are getting festive with this years advent calendar.
It comes with 5 micro-dolls plus accessories including a stocking, kitten and puppy figures. The buildable elements include a sleigh, snowboard and a sled, a piano and a robot, a sweet open fire place and street light & mail box.
The Calendar back drop is adorable with decorated house with two rooms that extend onto the play area.
